Smart Converter CL is a heavy-duty command line batch image converter and processor that supports 80+ image formats and works with Formula 1 speed. Conversion and batch processing (resizing, cropping, special effects, etc.) are done through command line only (no GUI)! The tool can be used by third party applications (executed from within other programs). If you are an amateur photographer or a newbie designer, this tool is definitely not for you (please download regular version of Smart Converter with graphic user interface and very low learning curve instead).
